Gmask is created from vinyl films. Many people come across the word “vinyl” but may not exactly understand the real definition.
Vinyl is an excellent Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) material for packaging because it is very safe, durable, affordable, and environmental friendly, commonly used to package a wide range of products, including electronic gadgets. Vinyl is very environmental friendly because it is a combination of 57% chlorine (found in common salt) and 43% ethylene (found in natural gas/crude oil) while 100% of traditional alternatives comes from fossil fuel. In comparison to alternative materials used by the packing industry, vinyl requires lesser natural resources to produce and utilizes much lesser energy (at least 20% less than common alternatives) during the manufacturing process.

Step 1 Clean your gadget first and make sure that the gadget is dust and dirt free.
Step 2 Stick the film neatly on your gadget using normal squeezegy. If bubbles surface, our wrappers will pull up the film and stick neatly on your gadget again.
Step 3 Minimal heat is used to smoothen the wrapping of the gadget corners and edges.
Step 4 We use special wooden stick originally used for clay mouldings only. Ensure that the film sticks well to the edges of the gadgets prior trimming.
Step 5 We use very fine and precise curving art penknife used to trim excess wrapping material.
Step 6 A securing stripe is added on the gadget edges so that the wrap becomes more secured and durable.
