1. What is Gmask?Gmask is a one stop on-the-spot skinning service with the following procedure:
Gmask uses a proprietary material applied by certified wrappers to form fit designs to virtually any gadget.
2. Can I apply the Gmask wrap myself?No, we do not encourage DIY skinning. People who DIY before will understand the difficulties in applying the skins (not sticky enough) to their gadgets, with no corners or edges covered. Due to the skin stickiness, we encourage Gmask proprietary manual or automated skinning process to completely skin your gadgets, covering all corners and edges. Although the Gmask wrap is relatively simple to apply in concept, we have found that a vast majority of people are unable to apply the film properly without training. Certified wrappers undergo an intensive training program that teaches all the skills necessary to apply wraps to Gmasks high standards of quality.
3. Can the wrap be removed?Gmask wraps can be removed at any time. Start by peeling off the transparent strip applied along the edge of the gadget. Once the strip is removed, begin peeling the wrap from any corner. Work slowly so as not to crack or damage delicate components. Gmask wraps are guaranteed not to leave any stains or residue.
The skins can be removed DIY. It is not very easy to remove though, because our skins are very sticky. We guarantee no residues after removal. Customers may also choose to approach any of our available staffs to remove the skins for them.
4. How durable are Gmask wraps?Generally speaking, Gmask skin wraps will outlive your gadget. However, the lifespan of Gmask skin wraps varies widely depending on how you treat your device. Friction and extreme temperatures may cause the wrap to show signs of wear sooner than expected.
5. What type of films and prints do Gmask offer?Gmask wraps are printed using our proprietary materials and processes. All Gmask designs are either properly licensed artwork or created in-house.
6. What is the duration of a typical wrapping process?The duration of theskin- wrapping process is dependent on the complexity of the gadget. An average skin wrap can take between 10 to 25 minutes.
7. Do you have a wide range of designs for selection?Yes, we have thousands of designs, either properly licensed artwork or created in-house.
8. Do Gmask wraps only apply to cell phones?The beauty of Gmask skin wraps is that they can be applied to virtually any gadget. Because each skin wrap is custom fitted by our Gadgeteers onto your device, we are able to wrap cell phones, mp3 players, digital cameras, car keys, game systems, etc. Because Gmask skin wraps are so thin, they can even be applied over keypads and touch screens without affecting sensitivity.
